Sketchy Sketch and Skinny Thinker

I must warn you sketch session wanders off into odd territory. Anyway, this is a sketch of casework (on the left side of the gallery) that, if I use, I will obviously not have it mounted on a glass wall. The shelving surrounding the posts is supported by steel rods that are bolted into the posts.

The table/stool (I will call it "The Stable"!) is made of layers of plywood that have been shaped by cutting and sanding.

I don't know who that skinny guy is perched on the overturned "stable". What do you think he is thinking?

I know I am obsessed with the Boontje sculptures, but --Who wouldn't be?

I appreciate when sketches "wander off in strange territory"...it means your mind is thinking outside the box. I'm sorry to not leave a comment sooner. We will talk about your work in small groups this morning so I will provide you with more feedback then.
